MTB-Simulator Rennen
MTB-Simulator (Windows Software) allows you to ride real runs based on google earth by using Ergometer, Rollentrainer or Crosstrainer. Video and Google-Earth® Display will be displayed on on screen and shortan the training. Die Power needed is continously calculated by the GPS-Data on a PC and communicated to the training machine. All Kettler® Ergometer (and Crosstrainer) with PC-Interfrace (USB oder RS-232), all Daum® Ergometer (and Crosstrainer) with Interface (LAN or RS-232) and the Tacx® Trainer iMagic and Fortius (USB – TTS 3 required!) are supported at the moment.

Due to the corporation with the developer of MTB-Simulator a dedicated IBL-light version has been developed.
This Light-version includes the MTB-Simulator (full version incl. Serial nr.) und offers the full functionallity as the full version.
Only the resolution of the videos is adapted to (640 * 360 pixl) and includes a transparent Logo.
The light version is therefore a good starting point and allows you to test the MTB-Simulator at a lower price.
All of this can be offered to IBL users even lower. Anybody who currently ordered and payed the 12/13 Series gets an MTB-Simulator coupon. This coupon is available in MyIBL user profile.

HowTo Use Tacx TTS 3.6

Run 3 2012
From week to week, we increase the intensity of racing in green and in blue. After ~ 7km in Race 1, Race 2 with ~ 22km race #3 will be the longest race with 36km. The region Sipscape is pefect for the first longer race units. The fastest will probably finish the race within 52 minutes.
The race #3 is a copy of a run form the privious year. With thus, a comparison of performance development is possible.

Race blue is as well long but fast. Almost 41km including a small hill. We expect the fastest with more than 46km / h after just about 52 minutes.
Race 1 in the 2012 season
The IBL Winter Leagues started on the 01/01/2012. With a short sprint in green and mid distance race in blue we start the season with a cracker.
Sipscape is known for crisp, short waves and a nice steady climb. The winner will probably go the distance in about 0:09:15, and thus will be at approximately 45km per hour for 7km.
In blue we start the 2012 season with a short descent, a wavy middle section followed by a flat finish. Perfect tos start the season with.
Start Race 2 - 2012
Start of Race 2 in the season 2012. In the green software definitely something for the climbers in the league. With 3 strenuous climbs and 2 sprints at 21.5 km the first time differences will be realized. The one who will be able to make the three hills and even keep the power to force the speed dunring the final flat area will be first.
Ariving at the top this is the case in the blue software. The otherwise flat stage rises again at the end of the race significantly. With roughly 12 km this race is not anymore a short sprint , but we expect a super fast race.
Ergebnisse Herbstserie 2011
With a total of about 62000 km mileage, the autumn series was 11/12 to end. Despite a few races per series a good result.
This was possible becuase of 10% more participants but also by the enormous mileage of all participants IBL.
We are especially pleased about the increase in female.
Briefly, a few numbers:
- 118 participants
- Run over 62000km
- 2963 submitted race
- Almost 1700 hours on the bike
- Average speed 36.8 km / h
- 150 beats per minute avarage heard rate
- Average 81.56 cadance per minute

Good start into 2012
The Indoor Bike League says thanks for a great year 2011 and wishes all participants a good start for 2012.
2011 was a very exciting year marked by many innovations but also great traditions:
- A fantastic league meeting in 2011 in the Eifel

Start Run 5
Today we start the race 5 of the Herbstserie 2011/2012. In contrast to race 4, race 5 differ significantly between green and blue. The 15.91 km in Sipscape you need to push every little wave and go into your red zone with the two climbs. In blue the area Callisto is known as for the tough hills. Who target to drive the 32km and 500hm within 50 minutes, needs to be strong. We wish all a lot of fun and a good kick for the fifth race.
