On the IBL website the following software terms are used: "blue" and "green" software or the "blue" series or "green" series.
What does this mean?
The Tacx iMagic and Fortius trainers were delivered until 2008 with the "blue" or "green" software. We call the software "green" because the design is very much green and the other we call "blue" because it is primarily designed in blue.
We had to use this auxiliary name, because no clear Tacx names has been defined by Tacx for the software.
The software is needed to connect the trainer with the PC. So a basic requirement for digital training. Meanwhile, the green and blue of software are not anymoresupplied by Tacx. As our racing series have run until 2008 with the "green" software, and we still have a lot of users who wants to drive the green software we will continue to offer the green series.
A disadvantage is that the software can not be used for the newest USB interface of Tacx.
No problem: We offer both race series for the "green", as also for the "blue" software.
So both the green and the blue software can be donwloaded for free as IBL member.
Registration is very simple: You just need to click on the "Register" button.
The the registration page please enter your username, email address, gender, and your weight, accepted the terms and conditions and complete the registration.
Immediately afterwards, you will get an email to verify the created account. The password can be changed independently at any time in the user profile. Similarly, a name and a signature will be added to posts in the profile.
All performance categories are represented on the IBL. Form newbies up to professionals.
It is irrelevant whether your ride just a few number of kilometers per year, or whether you are 20,000 miles a year.
It is also not important whether you want to train alone or if you prefer to compete with others.
The IBL makes both possible!
On the home page you will find the current series which can be booked.
In the 2011/2012 season, you can choose between the winter league and the fall league. Would you like to register for the entire season from October to March, then order the complete league package directly.
Getting active member of a series is only possible after receipt of payment.
The period in which a series of races can be completed is given with the information about each series.
It's up to the user when to ride the run during the given timeframe.
Under "Liga Events", click on event that you want to download a race. We will be at the "Overview" page. For each race there is a race file available for download.
If you would download one or more other participants as competition you need to go to the result pages of the race. There you will find the table of result and next to the user name a small icon will allow you to donwload the file. This can only be done if you have booked the liga series already or you are using the free series.
In which folder should the race files (route file) be saved on your PC. The race files contains the course information so everybody is using the same course:

To get in the result list, your race file containing the results needs to be uploaded to the IBL.
The upload is performed under "My IBL / upload". It takes about 15 minutes, until the personal result is listed in the table of results.
The file can be named as „xxx-xxxx-xxxx.imf“ or „xxx-xxx.im“ and should be in the the following folder on your PC:
„Blue“ Software: C:\Programme\TacxFortius\Imagic\data\route\atlantis, \callisto, \olympus
„Green“ Software: C:\Programme\Tacx\i-Magic\Runs
